Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, of not meeting the customer satisfaction, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation of the dissatisfaction.

In case of dissatisfaction of our products, customers have the liberty to cancel their product purchase and request a refund.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows

For Cancellations, please contact us via contact page.

Requests received within 15 days of purchase date of the product, will be considered for cancellation and refund.

More than the stipulated 15 days, the cancellation of the purchase, will not be considered for refund and will be treated as null and void.

Please return the product with copies of the courier details.

On receipt of the product, we would initiate the refund, provided, the product returned is in good condition.

We will intimate the customer, of the returned product condition as soon as possible.

The courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to offer the best product for our customers.

In case any customer is not satisfied with our product we will provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card, provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
